Agneselle is always trying to find ways to value add and improve our system.
For efficiency and accuracy purposes , we will be printing out the addresses and pasting them over the envelopes . This is so to prevent any smudge addresses or human errors and so that customers will feel assured the addresses on the parcels are correct.And also to minimise our liability of any possible lost normal or registered mails. Hence , we urge all customers to double check their addresses in the emails because we will copy and paste the given address and print them out.
Also , with this new system , everything is much faster now compared to pain-stakingly writing the addresses one by one on the envelopes and also for easy tracking whether your order was mailed out and taken or not.

Bigger envelopes were ordered and used for parcels containing 3 pieces of clothings instead of wrapping with majong paper. This is so that everything will go on smoothly and faster too !
We have received feedback regarding the verification of payment system. Apparently Agneselle has no plans to convert or “upgrade” to a dot.com yet as we prefer to engage and interact with our customers through livejournal. Also , customer can clear their doubts with us before purchasing.
Everyday we received comments in the livejournal/blog/emails asking if we have received your payment and verifiied yet ? To clarify and to reassure you , we will tell you the step by step process .
Say we launch at 8pm , we will only start to invoice at 8.15pm when the number of pages in the comments stabilises and stop moving up or down. Our invoice templates are fixed . We will send invoices for up to 4hours and take a break to rest our eyes and the rest will be continued later or next morning.
After which , the next day at night , we will start to verify payments because that is when all the emails and transactions were at the peak and easier for us to verify ATM transfers. It may take us a while to reach your emails because we have hundreds of transactions to clear and hundreds of emails to attend to.
To allow us to reach and attend to your email fast , just email us once will do because for example , you have made payment and emailed us at 9am 5th May. And you have sent another email to us again at 10pm 5th May , your email will be moved up to the 10pm time line in our email account instead of 9am. So it will take us forever to reach your email as we follow the time line.
That explained why we stated on the main webpage to inform customers to email us once will do so we can attend to your emails fast and to avoid your email from pushing upwards to the latest timing you have emailed us again.
Our replies maybe abit slow because we have hundreds of emails to go through and will definitely attend to every single email.
If your payment was verified on tuesday , the parcel will be packed on wed and sent out on thursday ( as stated in the verification reply – 2 working days ).
